Privacy Policy

Offsite Network Global · Last updated August 31, 2026

1. Who we are

This website (currently staged at https://jan.apxroofings.com/) is operated by Offsite Pro, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as Offsite Network Global (“ONG,” “we,” “us,” or “the Site”), with a mailing address at 777 Brickell Ave, Suite #500-9806, Miami, FL 33131.

ONG is the professional ecosystem brand for modular and offsite construction. Related properties currently include:

Privacy contact: connect@offistenetworkglobal.com

2. Scope

This policy describes how we handle information collected through the ONG website, including:

  • Membership interest, chapter waitlist, and “start a chapter” forms

  • The on-page Modular Calculator / Project Scope Converter

  • Contact forms

  • Cookies and similar technologies loaded by WordPress, Astra, Elementor, and any fonts or analytics we enable

This policy does not automatically govern Offsite Pro Directory, Offsite Pro Institute, Offsite Dirt Network, or a future Offsite Job Bank. Those properties may have their own notices. When you click through (often in a new tab), their terms and privacy notices apply.

3. Information we collect

You provide

  • Name and work email

  • Organization, role, or membership interest (if collected)

  • Calculator inputs: project type, total square footage, project location, name, work email

  • Messages you send via contact, chapter waitlist, or start-a-chapter forms

  • Content you later submit on Directory or Job Bank properties (subject to those properties’ rules)

Collected automatically

  • IP address, browser type, device, referring URL

  • Pages viewed and on-page interactions

  • Cookie identifiers and similar storage (see Cookies)

We do not intentionally collect Social Security numbers, payment-card data, government IDs, or precise geolocation on this MVP. We will not add those fields without updating this policy and, if needed, additional controls (including PCI where payment data is involved).

4. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to membership, chapter-waitlist, start-a-chapter, and contact requests

  • Operate the Calculator and follow up with a modular reading / RFP path (estimates only — not a bid, quote, or contract)

  • Understand which sections of the Site are used and improve the experience

  • Send operational email you request (confirmations, follow-up)

  • Comply with law and protect the organization

  • With a separate, documented consent, send newsletters or event notices

We do not sell personal information. If that ever changes, this policy will say so in plain language before it happens, and we will add any required “Do Not Sell or Share” mechanism.

5. Third-party destinations

Buttons and cards on this Site open other properties, often in a new browser tab:

DestinationURL (as of August 31, 2026)What they may receive

Offsite Job Bank[INSERT URL WHEN LIVE]Application/employer data per that site’s policy
Future calculator hosthttps://offsitenetworkglobal.org/modular-calculatorNot reliably resolving as of this draft. Until DNS and hosting are stable, the Calculator stays on this Site.

Those operators receive information in accordance with their notices. Offsite Pro, LLC is not responsible for the privacy practices of pages it does not operate.

6. Cookies, fonts, and processors

This Site is built on WordPress with the Astra theme and Elementor. It may load Google Fonts and Elementor / WordPress assets from third-party servers. Those requests can expose your IP address to Google or another font host.

If we enable analytics, advertising, or a cookie-consent platform, we will name the vendor here before launch. A cookie banner is required if we use non-essential cookies.

You can control cookies in your browser. Blocking some cookies may affect layout or forms.

Hosting and related infrastructure may be provided by Hostinger and other processors under contract with Offsite Pro, LLC.

7. How we share information

We share information only:

  • With service providers (hosting, email, form processing, security) under contract, for the purposes above

  • With professional advisors (counsel, accountants) as needed

  • If required by law, regulation, or valid legal process

  • With a successor if Offsite Pro, LLC is reorganized, merged, or transferred

  • With your direction (for example, when you ask us to introduce you to a factory or chapter volunteer)

We do not publish Calculator project details as public listings. We do not sell or rent membership or calculator lists.

8. Directory, Job Bank, and user-generated content

If you create a Directory profile or a job listing (on this Site or a linked property), that content may be public. ONG does not endorse any listing, company, credential, or candidate. See the Terms and Conditions.

Public posts can be copied by others. Think before you publish a phone number, photo of a worksite, or client name.

9. Retention

We keep form submissions only as long as needed for the request, a related membership relationship, a legal hold, or the following operational defaults (counsel may shorten or lengthen these):

  • Calculator and project-inquiry leads: 24 months after last contact

  • Membership and chapter-waitlist records: life of the relationship plus 3 years

  • Server and security logs: 90 days, unless needed longer for an investigation

  • Correspondence: as needed to complete the request, then in accordance with the categories above

10. Your rights

Depending on your U.S. state (including California if CCPA/CPRA applies to Offsite Pro, LLC), you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of personal information, and to appeal a denial.

Email connect@offistenetworkglobal.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

If we are ever a “data broker,” or if we “sell” or “share” personal information as California defines those words, we will add a Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link and honor Global Privacy Control where required.

We are oriented to the United States. This policy does not attempt a full GDPR Article 13/14 notice. If ONG targets the EEA/UK, counsel must add a lawful-basis, transfer, and representative section.

11. Children

This Site is for working professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, contact connect@offistenetworkglobal.com and we will delete it.

12. International visitors

If you visit from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States, which may have different data-protection rules than your country.

13. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to a professional-association website. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Do not submit secrets (passwords for other systems, unreleased bids, personal health information) through these forms.

14. Changes

We will post an updated date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described on the page. Where the law requires notice or consent, we will provide it.
